MASSAGE

Each massage is tailored to the client’s preference and desired purpose, whether it be to relax and unwind with a Swedish Relaxation Massage, release tight muscles with a Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Massage, or a combination of both.

• REIKI- Reiki, an ancient Japanese system of natural healing, encourages the flow of energy within the body through directing energy from the practitioner’s hands to the client with light touch (or no touch if that is preferred) to the main energy centers of the body. May be paired with massage session.

• SOUL FOCUSED HEALING- Soul Focused Healing is a scientific system of energy healing that works through the body’s energy centers, organs, glands, and body systems to regulate and balance the flow of energy. Stress, trauma, and injury diminish and disrupt our life force energy creating dis-ease and dis-harmony in our body, mind, heart, and soul. This system is a preventative system of healing that also assists to repair and restore the natural vitality and functions of the organs, glands, and systems of the body. It also releases old emotional and mental patterns and blocked energy that are at the core of dis-ease and dis-harmony in the body, mind, heart, and soul.
